Hey Ho!: The Happy Pensioned Life! is the second episodes of The Irresponsible Captain Tylor. It first aired on February 1, 1993 in Japan.
It is preceded by The Mysterious Irresponsible Man and followed by The Ship Sets Sail, but Misgivings Remain.
Synopsis
The Raalgon forces attempt to undermine public support for the UPSF. They send terrorists to take Robert Hanner, a decorated war veteran, hostage, along with his daughters and Yuriko Star. Meanwhile, Tylor decides to deliver Robert's pension in person and goes to his house. Tylor ends up getting captured by the terrorists as well, but then miraculously manages to save them all.
